I only make pork of any kind in the crock pot...otherwise it comes out way to dry and it gets stuck.

For chops a quick sear in the pan and then finish in the oven works well. I never let pork get over 140 F

I picked up the SF Brownies at our Martins (Giant) last week. We have not tried it yet, maybe I will have to next week then for our group.

I hope you like it!  When you use the turkey do not simmer it in the crockpot as long .. .maybe only do an hour or so.  If its in the crockpot too long it will get wicked dry.  I hope you enjoy it =)  I could eat this for a week straight for every meal !!!!  LOL

Yes, Pillsbury is the only brand that makes SF. They also now have a SF brownie mix ... but have yet to see it in any stores. I am waiting for the day I see it!!

Thank you so much for posting this... I travel with my hubby (he is an over the road trucker) and we are limited on refridgerator space.  Love the face there are just a few ingredients and that it can go in a crockpot.  We plan on going to the store today and I am going to make this.  Beef does not agree with me (very gassy after eating it) so I will use ground turkey.
If you have any other recipes with a few ingredients, please let me know.

Thanks.

Just a note: I listed Pilsbury because it is the only "grocery store" brand of sugar free I have found. If your store caries others, they should work too. I havent tried the gluten free cake mixes. If someone does I would like to know how it turned out.
