Topic: Dense vegetarian proteins or high protein, low fat, low carb, low calorie recipes?

I'm searching for dense vegetarian proteins as I'm supposed to be eating this first.  Does anyone know if Boca ground will do the same thing as dense meat?

Also, looking for high protein / low fat / low carb / low calorie recipes (that I could use meat substitute in)... I've done a few internet searches and all the reviews on the cookbooks aren't good... just wondering if anyone has any info?

Thank you in advance!

I have this in the crockpot right now.  If it goes over well, I'm thinking of taking it to work for Thanksgiving!  Thanks for the recipe!

Topic: Anyone have soy flour pumpkin cake/bread/muff. Recipes??
My husband loves pumpkin & I bought soy flour  & pure pumkin puree thinking I could make pumkin bread/muffins/ or  cake that would be WLS friendly.  Any recipes?
