This is less about the recipe and more about the freezing aspect of it! This would work with any of your favorite soups and such a great idea! It's perfect size for post surgery, too! Hopefully this helps, and apologize if it's been posted before!

I'm a giggle snorting gamer wife and mom, hoping you see less of me more often.
we had a chef come into our support group last month- he cooked us chicken burgers (no bun) grilled zuchinni, squash and fish.
It was nice and I got my dinner - lol
I've been looking mostly at the Bariatric friendly recipes on the site.

Looks like a nice site but tons of non protein forward recipes are on there... :(
I've been going to a Bariatric support group at St. Luke's hospital . The RD there has a website with a lot of great recipes. It's at, insidekarenskitchen.com She is doing a cooking class for us next month and I'm really looking forward to it.

Thanks. I read in the reviews that the color of this brand is dark and the taste is bland. Did you not find these comments to be true?

Maybe these? They were great - you can substitute protein powder for the sf jello also

I have been searching for a recipe I made post op 11 years ago. Basic ingredients were fat free cream cheese splenda and possibly cool whip. It's the quantity of the ingredients that I can't recall. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
