I am interested in high protein dishes using ricotta cheese. Any suggestions appreciated.

Ingredients.
2 pounds of ground chuck...brown and drain any liquid off ( can use ground turkey if you want)
1 head of cabbage ( chopped )
2 cups diced celery
2 cups diced onion
1 green bell pepper, diced
2-3 cloves of garlic ( minced) I used a heaping T. of minced from a jar
5-6 cups of beef broth
1 - 25 oz jar of tomato basil pasta sauce
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
salt & pepper to taste ( optional)
Put all of the ingredients into a crock pot, stir to mix it all together...Cook on medium for 4-5 hours...I myself put everything into the crock pot except for the cabbage...I allowed it to cook about 2 hours before I put the cabbage in, because I like mine more on the crunchy side...It was a very delicious soup.
Many people will walk in and out of your life, but only TRUE FRIENDS will leave footprints in your heart...And may that friendship have such a ONENESS that when one weeps the other will taste salt...Friends are like balloons ; once you let them go you can't get them back....So I'm going to tie you to my heart so I never lose you.
Your blog has been a great resource for me Shelly. I look forward to reading your posts when they come out and I often search your site for a recipe that I know will be delicious. Thank you so much!

I'm pre-op and as you know I love the recipes on your blog - and my family does too! It's gone a long way toward easing their concerns around my eating "weird" after surgery. :-)
I find the rest of your posts inspiring as well, and find new wisdoms there every day. Thanks so much for a great resource. :-) and, congrats on achieving such great and ongoing success in your weight maintenance! You are one of my inspirations Shelly!
