Brownie Batter=FOOD-gasm!
while at the gym last night, I asked the trainer what to do when I get that late night sweet tooth. He suggested "brownie batter"...my jaw literally dropped, but then he told me what it was and I pretty much ran home to try it haha!
~2 tablespoons of your choice of peanut butter
~chocolate protein powder (as much or as little as you want)
I put the P-butter in the microwave for a few seconds before mixing in the scoop of protein powder, so it would disolve better.
let me tell you how f-ing AMAZING it was!!!! I had it with a banana...mmmmmmm! so simple, yet so good!
For those of you that get the sweet craving at night...give this a try & you wont be let down!

Thank you for sharing your newfound "sweet tooth" fix. I will be 5 months out in a few days and for the past week I too have been wanting something sweet at night. I bought Chip Ahoy cookies for my granddaughter a few weeks back and they are still at my house (I meant to send them home with her), they are the devil in disguise....they keep calling my name but so far have not picked one up.
