I am 4 years out and I don't measure or track my food anymore -- have not for quite some time -- but I eat about 1-1.5 cups of food at a meal and a smaller amount for my 2-3 protein snacks per day... and have done so since about a year out. On the rare occasions when I do track my food just to be sure I am still eating the proper ratio of protein, carbs, and fats, I am at about 1400 calories.

At maintenance, I eat 1200-1400 calories plus 100+ gms protein/day, and I run 5 miles 5-6 days out of 7. If I didn't run, I would have to eat quite a bit less, because I have an old, slow metabolism.
