Dori,

I was like you! I bought and tried almost all that is out there until I found About time Isolate whey protein powder. They have a variety of flavors...and what's even better they are Isolate Whey protein and not the concentrated or mixed. I am severely lactose intolerant I found out after the surgery and couldn't figure out why I had severe gas and pain. Kelly is the one that told me it was the concentrated or mix concentrated isolated whey protein that was causing the discomfort...as always, she was right. I don't use anything but About time protein! hope this helps you as it helped me:-)

I buy the SF vanilla coffeemate because that's what I used even before surgery. I drink coffee everyday, expecially iced coffee and put a lot in and I've never had gas issues.

Is everyone drinking regular or decaf coffee? I'm 3 weeks out and haven't drunk coffee since starting post-op. I really miss coffee (regular)

I drink decaf coffee and I use the sugar free vanilla creamer.
