And I noticed I'm running a little fever. Tylenol, I understand, is not effective on fevers, what can I take?

Tylenol works well of fever. I used quite a bit of the liquid NiteQuil and DayQuil when I had a cold and it worked well.  Just remember 2 Tylenol ES is 1 gram. You can only have 4 grams of Tylenol daily and some are suggesting revising that to a much lower number. Hope you feel better soon.

I had this awful cold that has been going around. It took almost two weeks to get over and I still have a cough in the evening.

My surgeon told me to take Tylenol cold liquid, and then I also used a sugar free cough syrup.

I was a little afraid of the Nyquil because of the sugar content and alcohol.

I am also only two months post op.
