When should I start to worry?
You can try adding a magnesium supplement and/or miralax. You don't want to get terribly constipated.

How much have you been eating? If you are on liquids then you probably don't have a lot in there. Check with your surgeon but most tell you to take Milk of Magnesia and/or a stool softener.
You may have a bit of a problem early out because you aren't getting a lot of fiber. Try Benefiber or something like that to help until you are able to eat more.

My surgery was on Jan 25th and I've only gone a handful of times. At this point, it's probably not an issue simply because you aren't eating much. Just make sure you are getting in as much of your liquids as you can. I try to remember to track my water I take with myfitnesspal.com because it's so easy to lose track of how much I've had.
