wow my farts stink

so is this normal when I break wind I could clear a room

 

Very normal - get a fan and some febreeze for the winter months - maybe outside for the summer.  Or enjoy the empty room.  :-)  There are some enzymes that help eliminate the odor, I hear.  I don't know what they are but maybe a topic search will help.

I have found that my farts are MUCH stinkier when I increase my carbs. They are ABSOLUTELY unbearable when I eat sugar alcohols.

I really only have problems when I eat things with sugar alcohols.  Then I have issues.

No not normal. Some people do experience more smelly but not everyone.

My young boys have gas and smell way worse than I've ever experienced.
