cooking question?

My husband is baking fish tonight. I'm 4 weeks post op can I have olive oil? He is seasoning it and using some olive oil.

It was fine on my plan at four weeks. I imagine he isn't using much of it. You could always take a very small bite and see how it goes before you have more.

This reply is probably to late, however olive oil is fine.  Lemon juice is wonderful with baked fish too.  

If it's on your plan, you should be okay. However, I've found the best replacement for oil is the oil spray you can get at the grocery store and just spray each side of the fi**** can cut a lot of calories.
