It's not a race, it's a lifestyle change. There's no time limit of having to lose X pounds by Y date. Some people lose faster than others, but if you stick to your plan, the weight WILL come off. It's been proven by science and stuff!
Thank you, everyone!!! You all bring up great points!! It's so true, I'm use to having to watch every bite that goes in my mouth, keep track of calories, exercise myself crazy, and pray I lose a pound!! This whole new lifestyle is such a huge change for me and I'm kind of lost in the process. I've got so much to learn!! I am following my doctors plan, I'm eating less that 400 calories a day along with my water and protein, and getting up and walking each day. I know I'm doing what I"m suppose to be doing!! It's all just so new to me!!!
I will try and get my mind on track and stop the stressing!!! I'm very thankful for this tool to help me reach my weight loss goals!!
