I'm happy I did this!!
As I'm sitting here in my home today, snowed in I can't help but feel I did the best thing for me!!
You know what happens when you hear of bad weather coming in. Everyone heads to the grocery store to stock up! Before my surgery I would have gone and brought home a bunch of junk off, fatting food, food not good for me. I would have spent my day stuffing my face and not caring! Now, I can't do that any longer, I feel in control. I'm very thankful I've been given this tool to help me meet my goals!!
I am so glad that you're feeling good! When we get snowed in, I curl up with soup or stew and coffee. Sometimes I bake bread and have a 1 or 2 oz. slice, but I never would have had that kind of control pre-op.
