I have never tried it but it is the right type of protein and many here use and like it.

I have a couple of different Nectar flavors. Nectar has whey protein isolate. Matrix has something else. That's why I'm asking.

I love the Cappuccino and Chocolate Truffel of the Nectars. I have one everyday. Yum!
