Once NSAIDs are off the table, what do you take for menstrual cramps?

Tylenol, prescription muscle relaxers, or narcotic pain meds.

For the first year post-op, my menstrual craps were a million times worse than pre-op. I took Tylenol, which did not do much, and suffered through them. By year two, they were back to normal and bearable.
