Does anyone know how to Calories burned related Exercise? Example...... If I do 30 jumping 20 lunges and 30 standing push And Etc how do I figure how many calories I burned
It's my opinion that you can't be specific because it depends on the energy you use. Gym equipment have meters that record calories used but not the weight lifting equipment. It is all relative.
myfitnesspal.com is a great place too. You can keep track of what you eat and your exercise. When you log your exercise in, it will automatically tell you how many calories you burned. Good Luck!!
