Does anyone know how to  Calories burned related  Exercise? Example...... If I do 30 jumping  20 lunges and 30 standing push  And   Etc how do I figure how many calories I burned

I used to use an apron my iPhone called Lose It
You could input your workouts and it'll calculate

It's my opinion that you can't be specific because it depends on the energy you use.  Gym equipment have meters that record calories used but not the weight lifting equipment.  It is all relative.

There are several apps that will give you a general idea of what is burned in certain activity.

However, to know how YOUR body is burning calories, you'd need to wear an apparatus like a BodyBugg.
