2 years out want to lose more weight
Hi I am a little more than two years out and want to lose another 30 pounds. At the risk of sounding stupid, what worked for any of you guys that wanted to continue to lose after you stopped. I have not really lost anything after about 9 months out, but have not really tried either. Any help would be appriciated.
Eating fewer calories and/or exercising more so you burn more calories would work.

Try logging all eating and exercise on a smart phone app (so it is easy to do and you can do it as you eat) and be brutally honest about it. After a week, take a look at what you can cut. 1 lb of fat approximately 3600 calories of energy. Once your baseline is established, find a way to cut 100 to 300 calories a day out of your diet (or do consistent exercise to burn that much - but cutting is easier) and you will lose the weight. 300 calories per day = 2100 per week, which is 8400 calories per month or just under 2.3 lbs of fat.
Monday I get both knees replaced. What I'm most looking forward to? Being able to exercise again (with minimal pain) so that I can get back to losing weight.
I'm 6 years out and have kept 110 lbs off but need to lose another 90 lbs still.

I could lose 10 lbs. Want to lose 5 lbs but actually am OK with my present weight that I have been maintaining for several months. Complacency is tough on a diet. My husband needs a few snacks in the house so most of them are things that he likes and I don't. Otherwise we have no cokes, no sweets like donuts or sweet rolls, potato chips, etc. We do have baked crackers, fat reduced items, and fruit. After over two years you can forget a lot of the old comfort foods. You just have to eliminate them from your house.
One more thing....you have to exercise!
