Today it hit me that today is my one year surgiversary!  I had totally forgot about it because I have been fretting about being slower than last time on my 5K run.

This year I have lost 126 lbs.  I went from an XXL-XXXL to a size SMALL. Yep I wear SMALL.

I can run 5K around 33-36 minutes.

My bloodwork is now normal (I had HIGH everything despite following a good weigh****chers diet).

I am so happy to have my life back and am able to do things.

I love you guys.

Now...time to celebrate with a 5K run and fireworks with my new hubby!
