What's On Your Tuesday Menu, RNYers?

Good morning and happy Tuesday.  I've been crazy busy at work and MIA for a little bit, but had a minute so I thought I'd stop by and say hello.  After a period of pretty steady loss (although in small increments) I've been bouncing up and down in a 2 lb range.  I have a dr. appt on thursday, so I would like to be back at the low end, but I'm not going to stress.  Because work has been so crazy, my eating and exercise schedule has been thrown off.  I just need to roll with it, since stress comes with my job!

KQOTD:  When I get crazy busy like I am now, my dreams revolve around work.  In last night's dream I was in court but it wasn't on one of my cases and I didn't know why I was there or even who I represented.  I HATE those dreams.  Its like the dream where you're in school and late for a class or an exam and you can't find the room.  I'm sure those dreams have some hidden meaning.  If anyone interprets, dreams, let me know!

My plan:

B: 3 oz deli sliced roast beef

L: ?  I think the female attorneys are trying to get together for a lunch, if so, probably a salad with chicken or salmon.  If the lunch doesn't happen, a piece of chicken from pollo loco

D:  either shrimp or steak, watermelon

S:  Hard boiled egg, almonds, sliced turkey (2.98 oz)

Not going to do totals, since there are so many holes.  But the stats should be fine

I have to admit that I am relieved to know that I am not the only one that has dreams about work stuff.

Sadly, I have work related dreams all the time!

I always looked at the feelings/emotions behind the dreams rather than the actual objects or symbols in my dreams.  Looking at it that way, sounds like it's stress!!!

I have those school-related dreams, too - like taking an exam that's in a foreign language that I don't understand, or not being able to find my class, or forgetting that I registered for some class so I'd never been to any of the lectures - and then I have to take the exam.  I think those are pretty common among people who spent a lot of years in school (like moi....)

YES!  I have those dreams all the time.  I'm an attorney so spent a fair number of years in school.  Every time I get an envelope from my law school I'm convinced that one of those dreams is coming true and they're going to tell me that I didn't actually graduate because that dream where I couldn't take the exam because I never went to the class was actually true!

I was just going to say - I have had a zillion dreams where one of my graduate programs contacts me and says they're going to have to rescind my degree because they looked back through their records and discovered I missed a course!
