Starbuck. I so agree!!! I am not a fan at all and it scares me that they sneak in sugar when they say they do not.

I totally agree about Starbucks they over roast their coffee and to me it tastes burnt and bitter...I know blasphemous for someone who has been to the original Starbucks in Seattle and lives in the PNW.

Good Morning! I have to say I enjoyed my three days off last week. I did have a few adult things to handle (brake check on my car, blood work and a dr appt) but most of the time I just hung out. I stayed away from work emails and minimized my "screen time"'which was needed.

Accountability: Not too bad with just a few extra snacks.

QOTD: The high protein ice cream varieties.

TSS: 5 years 6 months

B: SF latte, Eggbeaters, 2 turkey sausage links, and 1/2 an orange

L: Albacore lettuce wraps and baby carrots

S: Buddig turkey and Colby jack cheese low carb tortilla wrap and carbmaster cottage cheese

D: Shirataki noodles topped with grilled chicken breast and Alfredo sauce, 1/2 low carb lavash toasted with garlic and Parmesan cheese, sliced fruit, 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Low carb pita with cream cheese and SF jam, Homemade Greek yogurt with SF syrup and ¼ cup fiber cereal

E: An hour stair climber and 40 mins of elliptical

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals: 1456 Protein: 146 Carbs: 116 Fat:54

Yes! I have bought a few HaloTops and keep throwing them away. There was one I liked that came in single serve cups but they only sell them at Wegmans and I never go there anymore.

I saw a spinach (?) stuffed Real Good frozen chicken breast but I typically don't enjoy frozen food like that, so I am thinking I should look for some poppers you have posted about? And maybe pizza? What are your faves, in order, if you had to give me a "Real Good Foods 101" course? :)
