GOOD MORNING EVERYONE!

QOTH Day: STARBUCKS IS OVERRATED TO ME! I TOO THINK IT SMELLS AND TASTE LIKE BURNT COFFEE AND I NECESSARILY DONT WANT TO SPEND $10.00 DOLLARS ON A CUP OF COFFEE...

Im going to type in my meals for the day, but at this point i enjoy reading every one elses because most of you are like 3 years out minimum so i really cant relate..but saving and jotting down all ideas for when its my turn to eat all this food..

Breakfast: premier shake in my coffee, water vitamins

Breakfast 2:cottage cheese with equal in it..

Lunch: chilli and cheese, water

Snack: sugar free jello pudding chocolate swirl

Dinner: Salmon ? vitamins, water, tea

Morning all! Yes this time change sucks! Not a happy camper about it. Wish they would leave it one way or the other. Ok enough of my rant for the day. This week I am determined to eat better as I am up a few pounds and NOT happy about it! I'm already extra bloated from it being that time of month and feeling very gross! I despise stepping on the scale anymore. It's tough as I don't really feel that restriction anymore and it feels like I'm always hungry which I know is not the case!

QOTD: this is probably a very unpopular opinion, but I'm going to go with anything from Chick Fil A. Don't get me wrong...they have good food and all and excellent service, but nothing spectacular in my opinion. I don't understand why they are always packed and so popular.

L: salad

S: L&F yogurt with fresh strawberries

D: baked salmon and broccoli

Missed you glad your back hang in there and get back to tracking food you can do this. Not easy but you've come to far to give up. We all deserve a lil splurge. Mark it up to a splurge and Carry On.

Hi JB,

A fun QOTD as always! I am going to go with my old standby - as controversial as it may be! - TOMATOS. Yuck, ick, gross. They have skin and seeds and pulp and juice and just everything about them is bleh. I know this makes me very unpopular :)

The new site update is...less than modern. We will all adjust in time.

My ever roast was a little slimy so I had to toss it out and it messed up my whole days menu. I am still a bit up in the air.

The only positive to this week is that I was supposed to be at a conference in Salt Lake City but it got postponed and I had already canceled all of my meetings and declined everyone else's...so now I actually have time to WORK this week!

I loved how late it was light yesterday! It will be 72 in DC today (global warming, anyone?)
