I still buy those pop tarts bcz they are DH's "binge food"! It reminds him of his usual breakfast while growing up. He doesn't eat them often but we have to have them on had for those moments when he has to have them. One more item I'm happy I didn't have around while growing up. I like the brown sugar ones but they are not a trigger food for me.

They were one of my first binge foods because I talked my mother who was usually nutrition conscious into buying them for "breakfast". She couldn't figure out why they disappeared so fast...

I am odd, but I used to prefer the name brand frosted strawberry and the store branch brown sugar/cinnamon ones. And, 99.9% of the time would eat the crispy sides first then then bottom and then finally the frosted goodness of the top....It wasa process I tell ya I know...I am crazy :) LOL

Wow, it's a process all right!!!!

The first time I ate an Oreo in front of DH he was horrified. He said I didn't respect the process. He then showed me how I'm supposed to open it up, lick the frosting, put the two cookies back together and then dunk it in the milk. I had never eaten the Oreo that way, I treated them like any other cookies but I was corrected and taught this long held American tradition.

Someone, with whom I am acquainted, tried a deep fried Pop Tart at the Brockton Fair a couple of years ago.

6'3" tall, male.

Highest weight was 475. RNY on 08/21/12. Current weight: 198.

Good morning everyone! I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend! Mine was incredibly boring! This is the first year ever that we haven't went down the shore or went to a BBQ. I really hope this is the first and last time our Memorial Day weekend will look like this. I really had hoped someone would have a social distancing BBQ, but no such luck. I miss people! Although, I did go on many walks. I also had time to plan a month's worth of meals. My children are driving me crazy because they are so bored and tired of doing the same things over and over. I can't wait to be able to take them to do fun things again!

Juniper that Quarantine Barbie is hilarious, that looks like me most days lol.

Accountability: I have done great! No cheating at all which is shocking for me. Especially when I'm bored. On Day 5 today!

QOTD: Speaking of Devil Dogs... what was your favorite packaged treat (from Drakes, Little Debbie, Hostess, etc.)? Little Debbie Cosmic Brownies, Banana Marshmallow Pies, Pecan Spinwheels, and Peanut Butter Crunch Bars. Omg see this is why I stay far far away from that aisle.

Breakfast: Chocolate protein shake

Lunch: Matrix mint cookie protein shake

Dinner: Weigh****chers Lasagna

Snacks: Greek yogurt/cucumbers/ricotta cheese

64 oz water and trying a Flat Tummy Water recipe

Regain SW = 209.6 CW = 191.2 Goal Weight = 157.6 lbs

The only way you will see results is if you stay consistent!

  1. I have to say that I have never had a single one of the treats you guys have listed in this thread! Many of them were completely unknown to me, even just to look at. But I managed to get in plenty of caloric ho****er through the years nevertheless!
