Awww! What a cutie! I love how every cat will predictably sit on whatever small thing there is to sit on (or in). I play "trap a cat" all the time by putting something on the ground and waiting for them to climb on. They literally always play along.

Good morning! I'm at my desk and hoping for a crazy busy day to pass the time quickly. My poor hubs has to button up the RV after a week at the beach. It's filthy. No amount of sweeping and cleaning could keep the sand out that the dogs carried in constantly. Poor guy. He's a perfectionist at cleaning, but I told him last night he really had his work cut out for him. We've got to get every blanket and throw rug, nook and cranny clean as it's going in for service next week and we don't expect to get it bac****il after Thanksgiving!!

Tomorrow or Sunday I have a date with my daughter. Just her. No husbands and no grandkids. This is such a rare treat I'm very excited. We are going to go to lunch, then go look at craft supplies and then go back to my house and make a few Halloween decorations. One on one time does not happen enough with her busy work from home fulltime, home school 2 kids Mom life. Other than that, I hope to get out for a walk and a ride. Our weather should be just about perfect this weekend. Oh, and grocery shop. I let my fridge run empty leading up to the last two camp outs, so first a good cleaning and then a good restocking. I also hope to get my pantry clean out done this weekend.

QOTD: The. Never. Ending. Struggle. In. My. House. My husband and I so don't agree about anything on this issue. So we are the people sneaking around turning the heat/AC up and down when the other one isn't looking. We put in a Nest thermostat last year. I love it. I can change the temp from the couch and he never suspects me. Ha!

Menu

B: egg/cottage cheese

L: chicken and cole slaw

D: I think it's going to be ahhh Meataballa! Hubs wants his favorite Italian place tonight for pizza, so a meatball for me.

Can't wait to get up tomorrow and weigh on my regular scale and see how I did this whole week. I'm thinking with all the exercise and paying attention to food, I could be down a bit more. Just don't be up, scale. Please be nice to me!

Pics! The sunset at the beach. And the actual view out my bedroom window for the last week

Peace Everyone! Have a wonderful weekend.

Gorgeous pictures and you crack me up with the Nest. I love that I can turn the heat on while still in bed!

Good morning, everybody!

Happy Friday!

Today is intimidation day. It turns out that the woman that Marilyn is playing doubles with today, also has the Houndstooth Court Couture bag. So, they have arranged to wear matching black tennis outfits and carry their new bags onto the Court in hopes that their sporty match will just drive this other team off the Court.

I found out that DD passed the final part of her CPA exam last night. She is quite excited, as she should be. It will be a relief for her not to have to study once she begins working later this month. She still needs a year of work experience before she becomes an official CPA.

No pictures, because I posted them on Monday.

QOTD: We have gotten quite wimpy about this. Between us being cold in the winter and the boys being hot in the summer, I think we have heat or air on almost all year round. Plus we have an old house, so not every room is the same temperature. DD is cold at all times when she comes up from Texas.

Breakfast: Protein bar

Lunch: Hello Fresh

Snack: nuts

Dinner: wine and cheese

Have a great day, all!

When I took it, it was at the National Guard Armory in Brighton. They brought out these filthy fold up tables and every now and then, your pencil would go through the paper into a hole in the plywood table top.

She got an air conditioned computerized testing center, but had to learn 32 years of additional materials.

We were both first time passers, but her scores were better.
