I was the same when we bought this house - it had an electric stove. We had a gas stove at our apt (first time I'd ever used one), and I LOVED the thing. I did NOT want to go back to electric, so I prayed the thing would DIE so I could get a gas one. It finally did die about two years later. I was ecstatic!

Good morning!

QOTD - Ugh no. Not yet.

Breakfast - Fasting, so hot black coffee and water.

Lunch - leftover vegan carne guisada with beans, vegan cheese, lettuce and tomato on flour tortillas. Tacos!

Snack - fruit smoothie - frozen frui****er, oat milk, kale, turmeric, ginger, cayenne

Dinner - Gardein fishless filets, french fries, salad

Snack - dairy free yogurt with chia seeds

Good morning JB and Menuers,

I have a meeting in 15 minutes so I will make this quick. Looks like the sun decided to shine today so it is nice it is back it has been rainy and blah the last few days but at least it was dry for me to run each morning. it is nice seeing sun today. I am going to try the gym tonight though. fingers crossed I feel comfortable. I really want to get in some weight training.

QOTD: NO and this is not me I am usually done by now.

Accountability: Not great I had peanut butter and apples. Why the need for snacks is beyond me.

TSS: 2 years 10 Months and 10 days 132.4 (lowest 130.8)

CB: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin Spice w/Miralax and Fiber

MS: Over night oats and a Berry mix

CB2: Dark roast coffee with SF ID Pumpkin spice

L: White Chicken Chili and Snake select

D: Cheesy onion chicken bake and carrots..

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and my blood work has been great. My B12 has been High so I cut my sublingual to every 3rd or 4th day. And I have now added 500mg of Magnesium

Exercise: 3 Mile run (Done).

Good morning, everybody!

Quick post today because I have a meeting at 8:30 and then we are off to Colorado to see my son. I am really excited to see him its been over two months since we dropped him off at school.

Tonight, we are staying in Denver and then we rented an AIRBNB in Golden for the rest of the weekend. DD is also flying up to meet us, so we will have all three children together for a few days.

QOTD: We haven't started yet.

Breakfast: protein bar

Lunch: Airport

Dinner: Steak

Both Sunday and Monday are supposed to be quite cold and thank goodness they are calling for snow!
