Good mornin y'all!

thought I'd start us off.

today looks to be pretty chill. We have the kids. PT kicked my ass yesterday!

I will finish my room today and into tomorrow.

QOTD: what's your idea of a perfect weather day?

For me it's mid to low 70's. Slightly cloudy with a light breeze. It rarely happens here lol

B: egg burrito(made with a low carb tortilla!) coffee and apple slices w/peanut butter.

L: probably a chicken sandwich with a keto bagel

D: unknown at this time.

have a great one y'all!

Update: actually made a low-fat tuna Patty in the air fryer and a small salad for dinner. Horrible, this is a punishment meal and the rest goes in the trash. Has onion powder in it so I can't even give it to the feral cats. Blech

Hi all! Sorry I missed posting yesterday. My day was busy playing catch up from being out Friday and the first day of payroll. Emily and I had a great weekend and it was definitely the recharge we both needed. Today was also busy, but we are working through our processes and so far the new person is still doing very well.

Chrissy, have you ever been checked for an ulcer? I've had stomach pain since childhood but soon after the RNY I developed a stricture and had to have it stretched 3 times. The endo guy was fed up with me not working to heal the ulcers he found the first time so he printed a photo from the procedure for shock value...there were too many tiny ulcers to count so he had my surgeon prescribe Carafate liquid to heal them. And ever since, if I get that heartburn feeling I use it to calm it down. And it is always when my pouch is empty too. Getting checked for an ulcer might be something to consider if the heartburn becomes a regular thing.

Is your egg wrap a tortilla plus egg or is it a wrap made of egg? I've seen pictures of one brand but haven't found them in local stores yet. Sounds brilliant! Edit: that is one gorgeous cat!

Hoping the inspection process goes smoothly for you, from reading your posts it sounds like you have nothing to worry about.

Hubby was out of the house yesterday so I pushed to get as much done as possible...managed to plant 1 1/2 rows in the garden and looking forward to my son's promised birthday gift of weeding so I can plant more. That's the best gift this year. Also began rearranging my sewing/PC room, even managed to push a fully loaded bookcase! Boy do I miss my old strength! There's a cat tree in here that *my* cat used to use but it has been vacant since he passed last October. Our only other remaining cat (from 5) is too elderly to enjoy the trees in the house. I moved this one so it's to my back and won't make me sad when I'm in here. Also cooked and froze meal preps and managed to fill another box for donation. Boy did the evil knees complain, hahaha! Six days till PT, baby!

Didn't follow plan yesterday so leftovers have rolled over again. Felt discouraged by the evil knees and chose to go carb heavy. (Not a craving but more of it being easier to eat them than to cook a protein.) I think I'm going to try to save a buffer of carbs every day in case that happens again.

B: SF Almond milk collagen latte.

L: the leftover chicken patty and carrots. Edit: I'm going to have to puree'ing my carrots, I just can't get them down.

D: 1/3 cup Shirataki noodles, 1/4 cup spaghetti sauce, 2 oz. ground beef, home canned green beans.

LS: 1 cup watermelon and maybe a Fairlife protein shake.

Have a great day, everybody!

Good Morning Jennifer and Menuer's

Hope your recert goes as quick and easy as you're expecting. I did get a window washed yesterday but no elliptical. It's a time management thing and I really want clean windows. Lately I have been getting heartburn. It is only after taking my vitamins and not eating anything for a few hours after. I have not changed that routine, so I am not sure why it is happening. I guess I should do a protein shake after. If it continues to flair up that is what I will try.

Accountability: I thought I did good, but the scale says different. Must have been too many peanuts.

Good morning, everybody!

I was on a work call with Asia until after 1:00 AM last night, so I'm really dragging today. I switched my schedule around a bit so that I can work from home today.

My first outdoor swimming for the year was last night. Once I get in the pool, it's fun but the process of getting from the city hone to put on my wetsuit and then to swimming is tough. It's only 9 weeks though. I am tempted to get a wetsuit that is easier to get into, but they are kind of expensive. And it will be warmer come July.

Breakfast: egg taco

Lunch: Roast beef

Dinner: Steak

Have a great day, all!

Good mornin y'all!

Today is PT and then who knows what. I'm feeling very very sore with my shoulder and my back is spicy. We have a front moving through so I'm guessing that's part of it. It is what it is.

I've had the munchies the past few days and it seems to be better today. It could be a certain time of the month thing.

B: egg wrap and coffee + a rice cake

L: not sure 100%. Chicken and something else.

D: probably a chicken sandwich with keto bread. All the fixings.

Here is Percy who will not stop attacking Tange.

have a great day y'all!
