Yes! Sometimes it's the small things.

QOTD- It's just a number but that being said there are days when I feel old both inside and outside.

It's sunny outside and I should go walk but I'm waiting for my groceries to be delivered. I didn't order that much stuff and I thought it might be early, the last few times it has been.

42 more minutes of work, but who's counting.

I'm just struggling, I really don't want to work and it takes all of my patience and persistence to do my job. I'd rather be reading a book, or anything but working. I doom scroll worrying about the election, but I tell myself that I just can't go there. We have some idiot out here burning the ballot drop boxes. One in Portland and one across the river in Vancouver WA. I honestly don't know what good they think it will do. The ones in Oregon have individual identifiers so the people will get a new ballot, I'm not sure about Washington. It's just so stupid!

Have a great rest of the day everyone!

I'm not even going to try. I'm 100 percent certain I would break something. Not in me,but someone/something nearby.

I'd eat orange flavored Placebos all day long, if it helped.

Both my GP and my trainer said there is no science behind the having to use your hands/limbs to get up = shorter life span. But they did say, trying to do that is a good way to hurt yourself, lol!

I used to be an Advil/Excederin consumer. Migraine days even 4 pills at a time. But somehow after surgery I made my peace with Tylenol. Don't know if it's placebo effect or what but I feel like it's working on me.
