Is it just me or do you have more restriction at dinner time?

Seems like when I sit down to eat dinner I have more restriction than I do earlier in the day. Coincidence or is there a reasonable explanation for this? Thanks!

I seem to be the opposite. But I work in the evenings, so I don't get up till about 10am and I can't even think about eating when I get up. So its about noon till I can eat a yogurt. But when I get home from work that's when I feel I can eat the most.

Sometimes I notice more restriction at dinner time. What I have noticed is that I'm more hungry mid-day.  I was like that even before surgery though.  Always hungry for lunch, and only somewhat hungry for dinner.  I rarely eat anything after dinner.

My restriction is greater in the morning. By dinner, I'm good to go! My stomach doesn't even like liquids in the a.m.

I have always been more restricted at night...consider yourself lucky!  I never struggle with night time eating like most do.  It seems my best window of eating is between noon and 4.  I take advantage of that time to get in the things I need because I just can't eat too much at night.  For me evening time is when I seem to do better with liquids and after my evening meal which is at 7pm, I wait till 8 or so and just drink till I go to bed at 10.  It has worked very well for my weight loss and now maintenance.  I am over 2 years out now.

I usually have a shake for breakfast, just for the time factor. I find my restriction is greater at lunch time at work. Also things I can eat just fine at dinner don;t go down well at work for lunch. I figured it was work stress.Maybe it's just greater restriction. I've settled for eating mushy things that I know will go down well while at work...cottage cheese, tuna salad etc...strange
