Today is ALWAYS a new day and while I'm feeling BRIGHTER...it's just still a dark day...BUT I know "I will survive" WHICH is the Karaoke song (one of) that I sang last night at the fundraiser.  I had a ball, but then I always do!!!  We raised a good chunk of change for the March of Dimes. 

LND:  Total lots of chips & salsa; 1 margarita; about 2 spoons of beans, rice and meat from my plate
LNS:  Remaining beans & cheese once home

B:  Boiled Egg
S:  Coffee
L:  Carl's Jr Chicken Tender Wrap; 1/2 cup coleslaw
S:  Strawberries
D:  ??
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 4 Liters ya know all that salt (2.5 Liters so far)
Steps:  Goal 12,000 (7,000 so far)
Exercise:  30 Wall Push Ups, Some Squats
Attitude:  Humph another day...

 Breakfast:  Crystal lite fruit punch about 16oz.. sipped slowly all morning. 25g of liquid protein. On tbs of liquid vitamin.

Snack:  1 cup of chicken broth sipped slowly, with some more Crystal Lite.

Lunch: 1 sugar free popsicle, with some more Crystal Lite

Snack: one cup of beef broth sipped slowly, with some more Crystal Lite.

Dinner: 25g of liquid protein, with some more Crystal Lite.

Snack: one cup of beef broth sipped slowly, with some more Crystal Lite.

Late: another sugar free popsicle, and some Crystal Lite.


Activity, I am walking my court yard at my condo about every 2 hours.  Also walking up and down the stairs all day when I get the chance.

L-1 hard boiled egg pureed w/light miracle whip and 1 wedge laughing cow light swiss cheese
D-Yet to be determined, probably another egg!
