Im almost 1 month out have lost 33 pounds, couldn't be happier I feel so uch better I can walk faster Im getting there !!!

You will hint: My mind was set on one thing I wanted to loose weight to be Healthy, I said to myself if I loose 10 pounds a month I will be content, Had no big expectations so I would not get discoureged
