1 month out, how much could you eat?

and how often did you try?  I can only eat about maybe 1 tbs of whatever it is and I have to try and find time to have it in between the protein drinks and water I need to drink...since I am suppose to wait 30 minutes before and after to eat!  Does this all get better?

Check with your doc but I was told I could drink right up until I eat and then just no drinking AFTER I eat. That might help with your timing for getting more in. Again, check with your doc but it has been working well for me. Good luck!

At  1 mo out, I was eating about 1/2 cup of things like cottage cheee/yogurt, and 1-2 oz of meat.

I will be a month out on the 12th and eat about 1/2 cup of mushy veggies, soup. Still not doing well with meats.....

I'm almost 3 weeks out and right now I"m only eating protein stuff... but I can do around 1/2 cup of yogurt type stuff and I can do 1.5-2 oz of meat like turkey meatballs, veggie burgers, tuna... depending on the day :-) 

To get all my protein in I generally do 2 food meals and 2 shakes and sometimes a snack...

2 oz   is what I was eating at a month out.  2 oz of puree food that is. I used an immersion
blender.  ( its a hand stick blender)

I'm 1 month in 3 days.  This is what I'm eating today plus all my water

Breakfast   1/2 cup cream of wheat, 1/4 C skim milk
Snack         protein drink
Lunch        1/2 C cottage cheese, 1/4 C peaches
Snack        no sugar added popicle
Supper      1/2 C chicken broth, 1/4 C finely chopped chicken
Snack        protein drink
