??? for those who use MyFitnessPal...
When you add in your exercise for the day, is there a way to change the fact that it adds in more calories? I just looked @ mine and it said that I had like 140 gms of carbs left for the day! I AM NOT GOING TO EAT that many carbs!!! I have changed my personal goals to reflect my NUTs suggestions of 100gm protein, 40 gms carbs & 30 gms of fat, but when I put in my exercise it jacks everything up!!!

I just ignore the goal column and calorie advice. I just use it to total my intake and leave it at that. Adding exercise also jacks up the protein too but i never noticed the carbs before.

When you add the exercise, change the calories on that screen to 1 (not zero, 1) and it won't add all the extra.
