Ms Shell is off on her Jamaican vacation... basking in the sun, eating great food and sipping yummy drinks most likely.  So I'm filling in for her on this thread while she's out. 

LND: 1.5 oz tomato basil tilapia
LNS: pistachios and a few cheetos (terrible choice - got rid of the rest of the bag after this)

B: protein shake
S: light string cheese
L: two turkey sticks
S: greek yogurt
D: grilled chicken
S: light string cheese

water: half done
vitamins: yes
exercise: volleyball

LND: 1 scrambled egg with 2tbsp of nonfat dry milk powder for extra protein

B: 1,morningstar veggie sausage patty
L: 1 lightlife smart dog
S: 10 pistachios and 1/2 an oz of cheese
D: 1/2 of a Boca "cheeseburger" patty over a little coleslaw
S: protein shake of some sort

Water: 48 oz so far, will finish soon
Vits: halfway through
Exercise: did the stairs at school and tore open my knees again so nothing else today

B: one egg, 1/2 slice bacon, 1skinny bread/toast
L: 1 serving deli turkey, 1 cheese stick split into 3 pieces and rolled into the deli turkey, 1 small fig
D: 1 boneless, skinless chicken thigh pounded and stuffed with one slice provilone and 1 leave of chard, rolled and seasoned and baked

S #1: cottage cheese and diced tomatoes
S #2: SF popsicle
