Hi all... another day in VSG land.  So whatcha eating today?

LND: 3oz grilled chicken w/ 2T lite honey mustard
LNS: none

B: protein shake (Nectar, of course)
S: greek yogurt
L: baked chicken thigh; tiny side salad w/ ff rasp vinegrette
S: light string cheese
D: 2oz baked pork tenderloin; 1 piece broccoli
S: 20 pistachios

water: half done!
vitamins: yes
exercise: bowling

I haven't gotten to dinner yet, but probably fish...

I'm back to not being able to eat much again. Had a couple weeks where I was putting it away, but this week it's back to two protein shakes to make sure I'm getting enough.

exercise: EVERY day LOL ( elliptical 20 min and then weights 20 min)

L: Pure Protein PB Cup shake mixed wiith with 1/2 frozen banana
D: 2.5 oz steak with a few bites sauteed onions
S: maybe 1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt

B: Decaf coffee (French Vanilla) with unflavored protein and skim
S: 1/2 scrambled egg with cheese
L: 2 oz of chicken with 2 oz of veggies
S: didn't have time
D: 2 oz of chicken with 2 oz of edamame and a tiny square of goat cheese

Water: I could have done better
Vitamens: Yes!
Exercise: 20 minutes on recumbant bike and 20 in eliptical

Really trying to not eat anything else... I ate dinner too early so now I'm hungry.

Vits: all but the calcium
Exercise: nada with effed up knees, lol
