We are about the same everything, my surgery was 6/24 and I started at 239 lbs.. I am now 182 and just had to buy new undies. I got fruit of the loom bikinis in a size 7 and they fit perfectly. 8 pr for about 10 dollars at wal mart.

I think I'll buy 7 or 8... definitely like the tip about getting 8 pr for $10 at Walmart. Gonna make a trip there this weekend for some!

i'm 5'7", but I don't think that matters in underwear. :)

Wow...this is something I never considered - thanks for posting!! I've bought the Cacique underwear for so long just because it was easy - whatever pants size I'm in, get one size smaller in the panties and it worked for me. Jeez... I forgot that non-plus sized clothing doesn't work the same way. Funny the "little" things that we may not consider - as a pre-op, that's not something I'd even thought about!

I hadn't really thought about it either... until I felt them bunching up. And for a few days, I was clueless... thinking what the heck is up!? Well, hello! I've lost several sizes. Shirts, pants and bras aren't the only things that are needed in new sizes.

I think I'll cry the day my feet shrink too much and I have to say good-bye to all my shoes. *sniff*

I can relate.. Gosh I am wearing the same underwear too. Instead of mine being super
tight and rolling down. I wear them a different way, on the hips. Actually I need new
underwear too. However, i had smaller underwear I never fit into or I bought because
I thought they were cute and now I fit into them which is awesome..........

CONFESSION TIME: I did not purchase new undies until, while grocery shopping, I felt my undies slide down and off my bottom. Good thing I had on pants. Could have been really embarrassing. I am 5'5" weigh 190ish and pants size 14 new undie size is 7. I also bought a pack of size 6, so this does not happen again.
