It's Saturday!  My favorite day of the week.  I wish I could replace Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday with more Saturdays.  A girl can dream... I digress.  ANYHOW.

B: two egg whites scrambled with 1 slice cheese
L: 2 oz rotisserie chicken (no skin)
S: one clementine, herbal tea
D: probably sushi!
S: herbal tea, maybe some nuts

water: almost done
vitamins: yep
exercise: cleaned the house

I have been fighting night snacking (it's just bad habits).  So I really want to beat this demon.  Trying!

We went to Ruby Tuesday's last night. Had the BBQ chicken plate with zucchini and spaghetti squash. Ate about 1/4 of the chicken (less than 2 oz) and a few bites of the zucchini and squash. Have enough leftovers for several more meals.

B: Shake with 40 grams protein
S: 7 almonds
L: Shake with 40 grams protein
D: probably leftovers from last night
S: Either edamame or half a Quest bar

Water: At 72 oz headed for 96
Vitamins: Every day
Exercise: Need to get off this 'puter and do "Sweatin' to the Oldies"

L: 1 morningstar sausage patty w/ Mediterranean veggies
S: pure protein cookies n' cream shake
D: not sure yet. Thinking fish or seafood of some sort.

S: Atkins Daybreak Bar (Peanut Butter Fudge Crisp)
D: 5 medium shrimp (1oz), Tiny grilled heese sandwich made with an Arnold SandwichThin Whole Grain Mini (11g Carb)  & 1 slice american cheese.

Exercise: 30 minutes eliptical at the gym (still not 100% after being sick)

Vitamins are good, still need to work on water.

B: Premier Protein shake (vanilla, which doesn't cause stomach cramping like the chocolate does to me)
2B: Morningstar veggie sausage patty with 1/2 piece whole wheat toast
L: turkey and swiss cheese, cherry tomatoes
S: 1/4 cup hummus with red bell pepper

B: Activia yogurt 4oz
S: I wasn't hungry I missed it.
L: 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of lunch meat
S: 2 tic tac & lifesaver sugar free
D: Fage Greek yogurt 2.5 oz with Honey included.

water: working on it -I need to do better
Vitamins: done
exercise: Does it count if your doing filing (tax preparation), dishes, 3 loads of laundry and cleaned the microwave.
