B: coffee w/sugar free peppermint mocha creamer, one egg scrambled w/1 oz reduced fat feta
L: 2.5 oz orange sesame chicken
S: greek yogurt
D: 3 oz catfish
S: ww string cheese

water: 32oz done, 32 to go
vitamins: going to do that right now
exercise: going to walk the doggies in a bit!

D- 2 oz tuna with 1T mayo 1/2 cup steamed brocoli
S-Protein coffee

Water- 6 Glasses down 2 to go
Vitamins-Half, other half after dinner
Exercise- 45 Minutes on bicycle random hill average speed 66 mph level 10/20

S: pork rinds (1/2 serving); skinny cow ice cream- put me over my 600 calores for the day by 96 calories.  Somewhere I mentally did not carry a 1!  Isopure- 10 ounces alpine punch. 

Surgeon: Chengelis  Surgery on 12/19/2011  A little less carb eating compared to my weight loss phase loose sleever here!

 Breakfast: 2 Soy Lattes, Whole Wheat Toast, 2 oz. 98% Fat Free Ham: 250 calories, 27 grams protein
Lunch: 2 oz. lite salami, babybel lite cheese, 12 special K whole grain crackers: 250 calories, 21 grams protein
Dinner: 1 cup vegetable soup, 3 soy meatballs: 200 calories, 17 grams protein
Late night snack: 1/2 apple, 2 Tablespoons whipped peanut butter: 200 calories

I love your post everyday it really helps me with lots of ideas on what to eat. I tried your hot chocolate with protein this morning very good. It's my new favorite.

L-Quiznos chicken bacon ranch sammie -no flatbread
S-Nature Valley bar- during the movie we saw "The Grey"
D- 10:37pm... not hungry...maybe later a little snack.
