I went shopping yesterday and am still having trouble understanding that I am a size 8.  I grabbed those sizes, looked at them, thought there was no way I could fit into them and almost put them back.  Instead, I headed to the dressing room and viola! They fit!  Needed a few 10's where the 8's were sized small.  Bought mostly M shirts, but needed one in a S.  My mind is slow to catch up to my body.

B: 1/2 pancake, 1 oz cheese
S: 1 oz pecans
L: 1/2 low carb chicken & cheese quesadilla (homemade deliciousness)
S: greek yogurt
D: oven baked bbq ribs, asparagus

water: half done
vitamins: all done but calcium/D
exercise: 40 min power yoga done, will also walk the dogs if it gets warm enough for them

B: 1/4 cup chocolate malt o meal with 1/8 tsp butter and 1/2 tsp Splenda
S: 8oz protein shake
L: 1 string cheese, 1/4 cup progresso chicken pot pie soup (pureed)
S: 8oz protein shake
D: 1/8 cup ff refried beans mixed with 2 TBSP fage Greek yogurt and 2 TBSP Roasted Tomato hummus, 2 slices rotisserie chicken buddig lunchmeat (it's really thin)
S: 4oz protein shake
Also remembering to take all my vitamins today (I forgot 2 days in a row...oy)

My new FAV little mini meal is low fat graham crackers (1 sheet or 2 squares) w/ 1 tbsp natural peanut butter and I put 6 or 7 blueberries on top of each square for extra fiber!!!  YUM!

For dinner having CHILI that I am smelling right now in the crock pot!
1 lb ground turkey
25 oz tomato sauce
6oz tomato paste
1 can each kidney, pinto and black beans, low sodium and drained
1 tbsp onion powder and chili powder
Half of an envelope of McCormick Tex Mex chili mix

6 hours on LOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Can't wait to eat tonight!

1 oz baby food chicken + 1 oz maltomeal
skim milk w/protein

VSG on 01/31/12 with
B: 1 egg scrambled made with about 1 tpsn milk and 1/2 tbspn butter = 163 calories
S: 100% Whey Vanilla GNC Pro Performance 1 scoop made w/ 1 cup 1% milk =206 calories
L: 2 oz grilled chicken pureed with 1/2 cup chicken broth = 78 calories
S: 1/2 c SF cherry Jello = 10 calories
D: 2 oz Whiting Fish Filet 1/2 cup small red beans pureed w/ 1/4 cup hunts tomato sauce =149 calories (I am going to add 1/2 tsp flax seed+15 cal)
S: 1/2 cup of protein shake (made w 1/2 cup 1% milk) =103 calories

water 1/2 done
vitamins done

If I can finish my dinner and after-dinner shake I will get in total of 724 calories from food..84g of protein..50 carbs...22g of fat

Yeah, I still pick up the 24s thinking they will be too small (I started at 34). One day I'll believe it

B: 35 g Pure Protein RTD Vanilla Creme shake
S: Spicy homemade beef jerky

D: Homemade veggie beef soup
Late: Muscle Milk Latte 100 calorie shake

water: 5, going for 10 today
vitamins: On track
exercise: shivering is exercise, right?

Book club tonight so I might eat there instead of the soup, depending on what they are serving.

B:   lentil sprouts I sprouted with sesame oul.. ( i forgot)  lol

S : Lime ( fresh lime)...   was craving and salivating

D:  Sesame Tofu sticks ( 2 ) 1/2 stuffed portebello mushroom ( pizza style - cheese and peppers   
      and marinara sause just a little)  Chinese Raw Green Beans with walnuts ( few)  hot collard
