Monday, fun day!

B: protein shake, coffee w/creamer
S: greek yogurt
L: made my own salad (2.5 oz grilled chicken, salad greens, 1T shredded cheese, 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds, 1/2 boiled egg, 2T ff rasp vinegrette)
S: 2 clementines
D: 3 oz crock pot pork country ribs, cucumber slices
S: herbal tea

water: 44 oz done, 20 to go
vitamins: all done but calcium/D which I'll take later
exercise: 30 min yoga and 30 min core done

NEXT!

I have a migraine so I'm not feeling to good right now but here's my plan for the day:

Pre-B Iced Mocha/Coffee Protein Shake
B: Oikos Cherry Greek yogur with 1/4 cup granola
L: 3 oz Hamburger Patty with BBQ sauce
S: Mocha/Coffee Protein shake blended with ice
D: Same as above
S: 2 string cheese, handful of almonds, PB Cheerios

Water: 60+ oz
Vits: Morning done, missed afternoon, still need my iron before bed
HW: 228/GW: 140/CW: 134
