Trying some new shake flavors because I'm getting burned out a little on my mocha/coffee flavor.

Pre-B: Lemon Cream Pie Protein shake
B: Banana Flavored Protein shake
S: Hamburger Patty w/Pringles
D: Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein shake
S: String Cheese & Almonds

Water: 64+oz
Vits: done except bedtime iron
HW: 228/GW: 140/CW: 134

I'm almost out of protein powder and am looking for something different.  Where are you getting those shake flavors or are you mixing in stuff to get those flavors?  Thanks in advance!

Hey Silly! These are actually shake flavors. Not mixing anything in. I buy my powder from a local sport nutrition store. I'm a regular customer (all the guys are body builders so the eye candy brings me back-LOL!) so they gave me several samples.

The Lemon Cream Pie is REALLY good. They actually mixed a sample for me in the store. It is higher in calories and carbs than my normal drink and not as much protein. It has 184 calories, 8 carbs and 18 grams of protein. No Whey smell and it blends very smooth. The name brand is Ultra Peptide. Now I just discovered that Biopeptides is another name for collagen however the protein blend in this shake is Casein & Isolate. No collagen. The name kinda freaked me out but knowing the ingredients, I'm ok with it.

The Banana flavor is Dymatize ISO-100. I'm a huge fan of this product. I use the Gourmet Vanilla as a base for my mocha/coffee shakes. It is a very versatile flavor. But back to the Banana. It does not have an over powering sweet flavor, in fact I may buy some banana extract to add too it. It has 106 calories, 0 carbs, and 25 grams of protein.

The Peanut Butter flavor is made by Metabolic Nutrition. It was good but not something I'm going to spend my money on. No Whey smell and also blends very smooth. It has 126 calories, 2 carbs and 25 grams of protein.

Hope this helps. I had a really hard time finding a shake that didnt have the horrible Whey smell and taste. I am a HUGE fan of the ISO-100. It is my go to protein and probably always will.
