My surgeon has put me on clear liquids, he said I should stay on them apx. 1 month.  But he wants me to get some protein in as well.
Here is what I have had today.

Morning
Jello (premade in cup)

Lunch
Veg. Broth

snack
s/f Popsicle

Dinner 1/2 cup of protein and another s/f Popsicle

I have drank 4 8oz waters till now trying to get more.

I am not hungry but I want to make sure that this is enough.

What is your opinion

You need to be more concerned about your water than the popsicles and stuff like that. I remember not being able to finish a 1 oz popsicle but being able to drink water with no problem. At your point I wasn't breaking things down into b, l, dinner, i was just drinking non stop to where I constantly felt full and even then I couldn't get in enough. If you have to be on clear liquids then you should find some clear protein drinks like isopure (nasty) or the Nectars (I didn't like them but a lot of people here do) because they double as water and protein. I really wouldn't focus too much on jello or popsicles until I could get more than 24 oz of water. The reason I'm pushing for water is because I'm 3 months out and I've had to get an IV for dehydration 4 times already. Start getting used to drinking NOW.

I got sleeved last wednesday, and I have had time with the protein, hate taste of everything  LOL
My doctors office called  said use carnation instance breafast sugar fee  and lactos free milk, and I have  been able to put in 2 to 3  a day.  and they are 13 grs protein with the milk.  For some reasons going down alot easier, and not half the tummy gas

I would deff focus on drinking enuff before getting overly concerned with protein... but don't forget... the broth, popsicle, n jello all count into ur fluid intake, so ur actually not doing too too bad... but a protein drink, isopure or some of the nectars could kill 2 birds with one stone... so i'd try adding some of that into ur day if u can... but sounds like overall ur doing pretty well

Sounds pretty good, you can't really "overdo" it with sugar free clear liquids... I have been doing it for about 2 months now (UGH) pre and post op. I'd have broth a couple times a day, a couple popsicles and the rest of the day drink various things all day, tea, vitamin water zero, water with MIO. When I first started taking protein in it was hard to get all 90g in for me, I got one or two a day for the first week. I switched to nectars and it has been easy ever since. But yeah just drink, slurp and sip. Constantly. It kinda sucks but the weight falls off.

Band (09/07) removed, revised to sleeve 2/9/12.

Isopure counted as a clear liquid for me.  It has a lot of protein in it....  I didn't like the taste, so I mixed it 50-50 with water.
