I weighed in tonight it read 199 started this back in august at 272 surgery was in oct. at about 258 tonight I hit it. can somebody tell me why only 2 lbs down I logged everything today on mfp I only had about 700 calories try to keep it under 800 I loved when I was losing 6 or 8lbs a week now it stopped thanks cathy

been losing about 1 lb a week is this normal after surgery. havent cheated not even once tryto stick with protein first . ordered a ch****n salad last night for dinner only had 3 or 4 bites took the rest home ate mostly the chicken
