Approved!!

I just got the call from my Bariatric coordinator..My primary insurance approved me, Shes waiting on my secondary Insurance approval..But I can still get it if my secondary insurance don't approve me..YAY!! Surgery date April 23rd..Can't wait! Thanks for all the forums you all have posted to get me through the rough times..

        Thank you!       I had the surgery date for a while. ..just had to wait to get all my test done..did the last one thursday last week..and they sent my results right in to insurance ..

Congratulations. I am still waiting on my approval but starting my preop diet on April 23!!! Good luck.

Excellent!  Wow... that is next week!  Do you ahve to do a preop diet?

Ya Im on day 6 of my pre-op diet..i had my surgery date for like a 2 months and started my pre-op diet before i got my approval..bc at the last moment the insurance company made me see a cardiologist, and he had me do a stress test and echogram before they approved me.so as soon as i had that done my surgeon faxed my papers into the insurance company. it took 2 days to get my approval from my primary insurance company, still waiting on my approval from my secondary insurance company.. They said even if my secondary insurance company don't approve it I can still have it bc of my Primary one approving it..I can't wait!   THANKS EVERYONE
   
 P.s. the pre-op diet was the worst the first 3 days..it is getting KINDA better..
