I just wanted to tell you thank you so much for the information.
I copied a lot of information from the instruction manual.
It was very straightforward and to the point.

 Thank you so much - this answers so many of my questions (I'm hoping to have sleeve in summer or fall).  I have bookmarked this site - I know each dr has their own plan but I would think that most are similar.  After reading this - some of my fear of never eating things I like again - is gone - just know I will have to work on quantity and head hunger.

Dr. Alvarez at endobariatric.com has written a book and it has good info on not just diet, but the whole process. :) I got it in ebook format and I really liked it!

 Have you done your surgery yet?

I haven't yet, but I'm just absorbing as much info as possible. lol Trying to just prepare. :) I'm the type that will read everything I can about a subject I'm planning on doing or just really interested in it.

 I have my date scheduled for June...  Getting nervous
But excited... It's gonna be a lot of work.... But I am
