Three weeks out tomorrow, and I am down 18 pounds since surgery for a total of 28 pounds lost since pre-op diet! Definitely have had some struggles but it is totally worth it!!

Just wondering though, how long before the fatigue resides??? Just holding my arms over my head is tiring.....

Thanks for reading!! :):)

Are you getting enough protein?

Congrats on the super weight loss!

Yay! I hit 25lbs total today!

My fatigue has pretty much gone away so I think it must be different for everyone. I sometimes try to nap and just lay there. Regardless I think my body needs to rest also.

Now I did work a 7 hour shift on my feet volunteering at a concession stand on Friday and came home and took a 2 hour nap. I don't think anything could have woken me from that nap!

Keep up the good work!

My fatigue lasted about 3 weeks. Hopefully you will be feeling a lot better soon.
