I try to follow the vets advice and stay between 600-800 calories a day but I try to stay below 700. I also aim for at least 70 grams of protein a day, 20-30 grams of carbs, and drink at least 10 glasses of water.
I do believe my maintenance point will be somewhere between 900-1200 calories so I know I need to keep my calories lower than that if I want to keep losing.
Good luck!!!

Under 900 per my nutritionist (losing phase), but I am almost always around 800 calories.
At least 80 grams of protein a day, most days are about 85
I carry a little notecard book with me and I write everything down, never guess and always measure. This will be a life long detail for me and I am happy about it. It takes little effort and it is always handy in my purse or on the kitchen counter. Also, I am always honest, even if by chance I go over in calories, I always write it down. My nutritionist said it is one of the major factors in people losing weight and maintaining. Many times people regain because they are not diligent about tracking intake. Sleevers will tend to graze and then take in way too many calories through out the day.

“Not many of us are living at our best. We linger in the lowlands because we are afraid to climb the mountains. The steepness and ruggedness dismay us, and so we stay in the misty valleys and do not learn the mystery of the hills. We do not know what we lose in our self indulgence. What glory awaits us if only we had the courage for the mountain climb. What blessing we should find if only we would move to the uplands of God.? JRM
