OK, So I didn't have any Torani Chocolate syrup so heres what I did:

225 g (1 cup) Fage 0% Greek Yogurt - 130 Cal
5g (1 tbsp) Hershey Unsweetend Cocoa Powder - 10 cal
Torani Hazelnut syrup to taste - 0 Cal

A nice creamy sweet & chocolately breakfast with 140 calories, 24 g of protein and 13 carbs.

IF you nutella, go heavey with the syrup.  If you like chocolate pudding, go light on the syrup and add an artifical sweetener. to taste.

Sounds yummy except for the hazelnut. For some reason the smell of that stuff just turns my stomach. Same thing with anything vanilla-scented (except for REAL vanilla, go figure). I bet that would be good with almond syrup or peanut butter syrup. Hey...I have pb syrup. Maybe I'll do that for breakfast.

That does sound awesome!  I LOVE PB, but haven't had a bite of it since October.

The world market where I buy my syrups doesn't have pb.  You could use any syrup though.

Have you tried making Tzatziki? It is one of my favorites and main ingredient is greek yogurt.

Here is a link to a recipe.

I'll have to give it a try.  I have had it in restaurants but never made it.

I am so trying this!

I tried making a dip out of Greek yogurt and taco seasoning. Not good.
