For those of you making protein shakes

I found this cool little contraption today, and I don't know if you know about it.

Hamilton Beach makes an appliance called a 'Single Serve Blender'.  You mix your ingredients in the cup and when you are done blending the cup is what you drink out of!  It is much smaller than a regular blender, and obviously much easier to clean up after.  It blends ice very well, and I am very impressed.  And the best part is, I got it at Walmart for around $15!

Tonight I made a protein shake using one scoop of chocolate powder, 2 TBS of SF chocolate syrup, half of a frozen banana, 1C soy milk, and a few cubes of ice.  Wonderful!

I got that about 2 weeks ago and love it.  I like the size and am very impressed with how well it handles the ice!

I have the same blender. Alison (acbbrown) had one and she made me a protein shake once. I was hooked so I bought one and keep it at work. For $15, it works great, love it!!!
