I love Chike

 I ordered a sample pack of Chike protein . They have an iced coffee it was great. this morning I thought I would try the vanilla it is so good put iit in my blender with 2 splenda a littte sf vanilla creamer and blended it for 2 min. took thatt advice called the triple x from baratric foodie you can find it there . I might order a tub of this stuff 

I LOVE iced coffee! Is it unflavored or is it iced coffee flavor? And you get it at bariatricfoodie.com?

 the sample I got from Chike . the triple x method to make the shakes got that from baratric foodie she has a great blog. the iced coffee is coffee flavored

 I love the Chike iced coffee....so much that one day, I sat at home and over the afternoon, drank 3 of them!&*^

Sooo no more Chike in my house :(((((
