In working on my protein I take. If I have one bottle of isopure a day can I count the liquid towards my water?

Absolutely! Anything liquid counts towards water (from what I understand), except caffeinated beverages.

Caffeine has been disproved as a diuretic, so even my beloved cuppa joe counts as water.

If someone has trouble with the acid in coffee there's good reason to avoid it, but not because of any concern about whether it's ok as "water."

According to my dietitian, coffee, tea, soup, broth, crystal light, protein drinks of all sorts all count as "water." yes, we need a minimum of 64oz of fluids, but it definitely doesn't all have to be plain water.

I am happy for your post.. I have several cups of coffee a day.. Not to say that its a good choice of beverage but the caffeine keeps me going..  Thanks for the clarification.
