VSG on 09/21/12
I finally got my insurance approval and surgery date!  Surgery is set for September 21st.  Now the nerves are starting to set in......

Congrats!!!!   That is normal, I was the same way once I got my surgery date.   Having this surgery was by far the best decision I have ever made.   Good luck
